Delivery Information

We have implemented a handy Delivery Checker tool that allows you to see all the available delivery options for a product or multiple products in the event multiple items are ordered and delivered to your postcode.

This delivery checker tool is available at the checkout stage, giving you time to view available dates before purchasing. Any associated costs with the delivery options will also be displayed here. Simply input your postcode into the Delivery Checker and click the ‘search’ button.

We offer deliveries between Monday and Friday on all products; we also offer weekend deliveries on some products for an extra charge. We will present all the available delivery options under the Delivery Checker. For the majority of the UK, we will always offer a Free Delivery option and various other delivery options; however, there are a few locations for which we have not been able to provide this due to the charges incurred from our courier companies.

We offer Next Working Day Delivery on specific products, depending on your location. You will receive more information about this, alongside delivery options available to you, during the checkout process.

Depending on your location, we can offer weekend delivery for an extra charge. If this option is available for your location, it will be offered within the Delivery Checker.

Some areas will be required to pay an extra delivery charge due to your location. This is not something that we want to charge; however, it is something that our courier company charges for areas that are considered harder to reach.

Regarding the Scottish Highlands, the contracted courier service has to organise a third-party company to collect the goods from Airdrie Hub and deliver them to Scottish Highlands as these destinations can often be hard to reach.

This depends on the courier service used for your area. We do try our best to request specific times with the delivery companies, but they operate in sequence and may not be able to come to your area at a given time. Regarding a specific day, please use the Delivery Checker.

Part of our policy and agreement with our various couriers is that they call customers before delivery. Unfortunately, some may be too busy to remember this, so there’s a chance they may not be able to get in touch. Even though we do our best, a call before delivery is something which we cannot guarantee.

You can always order from the UK mainland and the offshore UK territories. Unfortunately, you cannot order from outside the UK using our courier arrangements. Once your items leave the UK shores, we have concluded that we need to deal with transport companies operating abroad.

Given we have no experience in this, we feel unsure as to whether the item would be delivered to you with quality service or not. However, we have no problems if you arrange a delivery and collection service. You can order from outside of the UK if you provide us with details of a shipping company on the UK mainland so we can deliver to their address. We will advise them the product is for you, and you will arrange the delivery from their address to your address, or you will pick up the product from their address.
